Thermobile supplies heat for Trident Juncture 2018

For the large NATO exercise "Trident Juncture" where more than 50,000 soldiers from more than 30 countries came together in cold Norway, Thermobile Industries BV supplied heaters with a total capacity of no less than 34 Megawatts.

IMAC 2000

The IMAC 2000 with 200kW two-stage burner and EC fan supplied warm air to large dorms, dining areas and other accommodation. Thermobile Industries also developed, at the request of the customer, central control cabinets for controlling the temperature for 8 heaters and panels for air supply towards the tents.
For the installation and maintenance, there was close cooperation with a specialized partner who was contracted to provide high-quality facilities for power generation (generators), sanitary purposes (vacuum toilets, shower trailers), fire protection and accommodation including heat supply in Rena and several smaller camps.

ITA 75 Robust

In addition to the IMAC model, Thermobile supplied indirectly fired ITA army heaters. designed for intensive use under extreme conditions, for heating crew tents during this exercise.

Temperature control

For Trident Juncture 18, at the customer's request, Thermobile Industries developed tailor-made switch boxes for controlling the temperature for several heaters and also panels for air supply towards the tents.
